Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Blue Ridge Fleet Compliance provides professional consulting services. Refund eligibility depends on the scope of work and the stage of the engagement.

Deposits & Prepaid Work

  • Deposits: If your project includes a deposit to reserve time on the calendar, the deposit is generally non-refundable once work is scheduled or preparation begins.
  • Prepaid services: If you prepay for services, any refund (if applicable) is reduced by work already completed and any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellations

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before work starts, we will review the engagement and confirm whether any portion of your payment is refundable after accounting for scheduling/prep time and any stated deposit terms.
  • After work begins: Once work has started, refunds are generally not available for completed work. If the project is stopped early, we will invoice for time and deliverables completed to date, and any remaining balance (if any) may be refunded depending on the agreement.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a call, training, or on-site visit, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Short-notice reschedules may result in a rescheduling fee if time has been blocked and cannot be rebooked.

Deliverables

Work products such as audit reports, scorecards, manuals, policies, SOPs, checklists, training materials, or remediation plans are considered delivered once provided to you. Fees for delivered work are not refundable.

Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error or have a concern about an engagement, contact us within 7 days of the invoice date so we can review and resolve it quickly.
